Free nationwide delivery is available on the vast majority of our items, especially large items like beds, mattresses, sofas etc…  Smaller items are sent by courier and are charged at €9 per consignment.

Items that qualify for free delivery are dispatched and delivered by With nationwide distribution, we are one of the only furniture companies in Ireland that handle our own deliveries and do so to further accommodate our customers.

Items that do not qualify for free delivery are normally smaller packages and are delivered by DPD Ireland couriers.

With items that qualify for free shipping, your order will normally be delivered within 3-14 days depending on what part of the country you live in and the item being in stock. For example, we do deliveries in Dublin every second day but cork on a bi-weekly basis.

With paid postage items delivery is normally 1-2 days provided the item is in stock.

We cover the Republic of Ireland. If you require shipping outside the Republic of Ireland please contact us, we may be able to accommodate you.


We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed, this is called 3D secure also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, this projects both you and us against fraud.

We can accept COD on orders delivered by ourselves once a deposit has been paid, the balance can be paid by cash or card on delivery. If you would like to pay using this method please contact us. 

Your card is charged once the order is placed.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

To view the status of your order, simply log in to your account and click “Online Order.” Then, select the Delivery Document you want to review. Your Delivery Document will show you which items you’ve ordered and when they will be delivered. If your order includes items being delivered from separate locations, each item will have its own unique delivery document and respective delivery date.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t already been loaded onto our delivery trucks. To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date and we will promptly deal with your request. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is cancelled after it has already been picked up for delivery.
