Delivery

We currently offer two types of delivery throughout Ireland, BigMickey.ie Delivery Service and DPD couriers (small & flatpack items only). Our own BigMickey.ie delivery service is relatively quick. Delivery to areas like Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Westmeath, Longford and Leitrim can take place a number of times in the same week. For areas like Galway, Limerick, Kerry, Cork, Waterford, Wexford etc, the lead time varies and on average is about 2.5 weeks. We offer free delivery on most large items and because of this, we have to have a van in your area with other orders to offer this service. It is our aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible so please bear with us while we organise this with you.

Delivery will be booked in with you at least a day in advance with an estimated delivery time. You will also get notice on the day. If for some reason you cannot accept delivery on the day after it is booked in and confirmed, a charge of €75 will apply for a subsequent attempt.

Our DPD couriers delivery service applies to all small and flatpack items sold through our website. Costs vary, but are generally €9 – €12, these costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. With this service, customers normally have their item within two-three business days of ordering once we have the item is in stock.

You may also pick up your item in-store after checkout, we are conveniently located on the Sligo Road (N4) just outside of Longford. If you would like to collect your item in-store, please inform us of this after purchase.

Delivery Costs

We generally offer free delivery on most large items like bed frames, mattresses, sofas, etc. Smaller items which can be sent with DPD couriers for a faster delivery service incur a small fee of €9.

Express Shipping

If you are looking for a particular item(s) ASAP, please contact us directly to check the availability of the item and the lead time for delivery. We can organise a courier service to deliver it to you for a fee (fees vary depending on the size of the item and your location).
