SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery is free on most large items like mattresses, bed frames and sofas. Other items have a small delivery fee of €9.

 

Our own BigMickey.ie delivery service deliver the majority of our orders but for smaller flat packed items, we use DPD couriers as it may be quicker than waiting for one of our own vans to be in your area. We can also organise a special courier service for larger items but will incur a fee. 

It is advised to check lead times with us either by email, messenger or a phone call before placing an order so we can advise the lead time in advance of purchase. You will need to check in with us directly to get this information.

We cover the Republic of Ireland. If you require shipping outside the Republic of Ireland please contact us, we may be able to accommodate you.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed, this is called 3D secure also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, this projects both you and us against fraud.

We can accept COD on orders delivered by ourselves. Please contact us to avail of payment on delivery by cash or card. 

Payment by Bank Transfer is also available on most orders so get in touch with us to avail of this payment method. 

Your card is charged immediately once the order is placed.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, BigMickey.ie expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

ORDERS & RETURNS

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Privacy Policy.

The best way to track your order is to get in touch with us via email. We can provide you with an update and an expected delivery date to you. 
 
If your order is being delivered to you by DPD, you should receive a text or email with a tracking number and it can be tracked on their website. 

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t already been loaded onto our delivery trucks. To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date and we will promptly deal with your request. In some cases, there may be a restocking fee or delivery fee if the order is cancelled after it has already been picked up for delivery.
